Why can't I order more than one item on the SWANA Store?

When you purchase a product on the SWANA store that can be downloaded immediately, you can only purchase one of them at a time. That is, if you only have a delete button under the "Quantity" column in your shopping cart, that is a downloadable product.

We discourage our membership from purchasing more than one downloadable product because it is impossible to track them. If you need to purchase a product many times, here are some options:

  1. Have each person in your group purchase one copy of the downloadable product. Then each person will have a personal link to the product in their receipt and their Previous Orders page.
  2. Purchase your product over the phone. If necessary, a Member Services representative can process a bulk order of downloadable products for you. Please call 1.800.467.9262 and ask to speak to a Member Services representative.
