Digital Course Manual
Our On-Demand eCourses include a digital course manual. When you register for an On-Demand eCourse, you will receive an email link to the digital course manual (but that link may not work for you at first). Please note that the credentials to log into the course are not the same credentials for accessing the digital course manual.
It generally takes about three days for SWANA to process the digital course manual. You will receive a separate email from auto-response@captus.com with the login credentials to access the digital course manual. If you do not see this email in three business days from your registration, please check your SPAM folder. If it is not there, please contact us.
Printed Manual
Sometimes a printed course manual is offered for an extra fee. If you ordered the print version of a course manual, you will receive it by mail at the address you designated when you registered for the course. Please expect delivery of the printed manual approximately 10 business days after registration. If do not receive your printed manual within 10 business days, please contact us.
