When you purchase a product on the SWANA store that can be downloaded immediately (such as webinars, on-demand courses, and recorded sessions), a link to the product will show up on your email receipt (see example below.)
If this link does not show up on your receipt, it may be because the product was not configured correctly. Please contact membership@swana.org if this link is missing from your receipt. Please note: you can only purchase one downloadable product at a time. Find out more in this Knowledge Base article.

How can you access your purchase again without a receipt? Links to your downloadable purchases are kept on your Previous Orders page for one year: https://store.swana.org/store/myorders.aspx.
